After your initial contact, you’ll complete an online interview, and we will verify your work references and match your profile to open roles. Once we find a good fit, we’ll share the offer, address any questions, and introduce you to the client.

If hired, we will support you every step of the way—before, during, and after your arrival. We are always just a message or call away.

First contact

After you have successfully submitted your application and English CV, our team will personally take care of your application. You will receive a welcome message via WhatsApp. Via email you receive a secure link to our interview platform Willo, where you can complete your online interview in your own time.

Video interview & Reference check

You can always complete the video interview, when it is convenient for you. Keep in mind that it acts as your business card, and you should thus represent yourself in a professional manner. After you have submitted your online interview, we will review your videos and get back to you as quickly as possible. We will then check your references from previous employers or will ask you to provide them for us.

Job offer

When we have checked your references and all is positive, we will cross-reference your profile with our open vacancies. If we find a match, we will send you the corresponding offer, which contains the most important information, such as location, salary, accommodation, benefits and tasks.

If you like the offer, we will discuss it thoroughly and provide more information and details for you. Before we proceed, we would like to answer any open questions or doubts you may have. This way, you are prepared and, if hired, ready to start on the agreed date.

Introduction

When all your questions are answered, we will introduce you with your CV and video interview with our client. The client will then make the important decision, and we will let you know the outcome as fast as we can.

Hired / Not hired

The client chose another profile to join their team? Your contact person is already checking other possibilities and options for you and will keep you up to date.
If you are hired: Congratulations! You will receive a secure link to provide your personal details to us, so we can prepare your contract. You will then receive all paperwork and documents to sign, as well as more information on the next steps.

Plan arrival

You will plan your arrival with your contact person. Always send your booking confirmation for your bus, train or travel by plane – it will serve as a placement confirmation. If you are not booking your ticket on time, we cannot always hold the job for you. Your contact person will guide you through your arrival and first days of work. In case of questions or concerns, you can always reach them. In case of an emergency, you can always reach someone from our team, also at the weekends.

We are looking for all different kind of levels of experience, but the most positions are available at around 3 to 5 years of experience in any field of the Hospitality.

We have a wide range of clients in all different layers of hospitality. If you are looking for a hospitality-related job, we most likely will have a position related to that. Beware – certain positions are all year round available while others are only seasonal. This will impact on the availability of the different job offers a lot!
